Before you report
- Check your app is updated to the latest version in the App Store.
- Try restarting the app. An out-of-date app can sometimes cause problems.
Details we need
Please include:
- A screenshot or video of what’s happening.
- Your device model (for example iPhone 15, Galaxy S22).
- Your app version (go to More in the bottom right and scroll to the bottom of that page).
- Your phone’s operating system version (usually in your phone’s settings).
- When it happened.
- The exact steps you took, tap by tap, from opening the app to hitting the problem.
If you don’t know all the answers, that’s fine, but the more detail you give, the better our development team can investigate.
