By default, as a tutor you'll be the leader in the online classroom, so whatever you're looking at, the student will also see in their classroom! However if you'd like to give your student freedom to go to other areas of the classroom, that's no problem at all.
All you need to do is to click on the crown icon in the top right corner of the classroom, and then uncheck the leading mode option - this means that the student will then be able to go to a different area of the classroom to you. However, if you then want to bring their attention back to what you're looking at, you can just click the leading mode option again, at which point they'll be synced back to your view.
