The great thing about our online classroom is that you can upload documents and images straight to the white-board, and the best part is it is fully interactive so both you and your student can annotate them! This is a great feature if you wish to work through past papers together, or have worksheets for your student to fill in!
To upload an image to the classroom it first needs to be in a JPEG or PNG format, and to upload your image you just have to click on the picture symbol found in the toolbar on the left hand side of the classroom.
You’ll then be redirected to your files on your device where you’ll need to select the image you’d like to upload. Once selected, just click ‘Ok’ or ‘Open’ and it will upload onto the whiteboard. If you already have documents or work on your whiteboard and you wish to upload your image to a new whiteboard, please open a fresh whiteboard by clicking the ‘ + New’ button in the top left hand corner of the classroom to avoid uploading your images over your work.
To upload a whole document it first needs to be in a PDF format, and to upload this you just have to click the ‘Upload’ button in the top left hand corner of the classroom.
You’ll be redirected to the files on your device again, and you’ll need to select the document you’d like to upload. Once selected, just click ‘Ok’ or ‘Open’ and it will upload onto a new whiteboard.
Once your documents and images have been uploaded you can then start annotating as you see fit! You can use all of the various tools we have in our toolbar, including shapes, pens, highlighters and more!
